🌈 🌱Saturday April 4, 1-4 PM

A guided walk with Nadia Shaikh

This gentle walk invites participants to slow down and notice the non-human life that surrounds us. Through observation and conversation, Nadia will encourage curiosity about the plants, birds and other wildlife we encounter along the way, and invite us to reflect on the non-human kin who share this landscape with us.

The walk aims to build confidence in learning about the land around us and highlights the importance of more people becoming knowledge holders of their local environment, deepening our understanding of and connection to nature. It is vital that more people become knowledge holders of the land around us and build confidence in learning about the nature around us. .

Due to the limited capacity of this walk, kindly inform us if you are unable to attend. This will allow us to offer your spot to someone on the waiting list. Please avoid not showing up on the day. These types of events are in high demand and provide great value to our community
