  • Pranayama (breathwork) to calm and centre the mind - We'll be learning new pranayama techniques such as Bhramari pranayama.

Over the course of three 2 hour sessions, we will deepen our connection with the body, breath, and mind through the philosophy and practices of yoga. This course is a gentle yet powerful invitation to explore yoga as a holistic way of life, not just a physical practice.

Each session includes movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), and space for reflection, all within a supportive community of shared lived experience. You’ll leave feeling grounded, connected, and equipped with tools you can carry into everyday life. Yoga is a way of life!

Starting Saturday, 13th of September (the third block of the course will happen on the 13th of September, 27th of September and 11th of October  - all 3 sessions will happen from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm).
