Join us on Friday, 6th December, for a deeply restorative Embodied Yoga Class. 

All are welcome, but this class has been created specifically for the Global Majority. This practice is designed to provide a safe and affirming space where you can feel held, seen, and supported.

Embodied Yoga focuses on slow, gentle movements and breathwork to release deep-held tension, foster healing, and leave you feeling lighter, grounded, and more connected to yourself.

What to Expect:

✨ Gentle, inclusive yoga sequences suitable for all levels

✨ A focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and embodied release

✨ A space of affirmation and community with others who share similar lived experiences

✨ A supportive, inclusive environment tailored to the Global Majority.

✨ A cosy & warm studio equipped with all the props such as mats, bolsters, and blankets so you don't have to worry about bringing any of these.

This is your hour of peace and renewal. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is designed to help you unwind and nurture your well-being.
