Sister Shack is a Black and Queer-led Activist and intersectional Feminist CIC whose work centres around social justice and community inclusion for marginalised people.
We focus on working with and promoting women and non-binary entrepreneurs, LGBTQIA+ communities, Global Majority communities, creatives, artists, musicians, and DJs. We highlight and discuss issues and experiences faced by those most marginalised and provide safer spaces, information, support, guidance, and more.
We strongly believe in social inclusion and equity for all. We aim to discuss and tackle any subject, including intersectional feminism, LGBTQIA+ rights, relationships, boundaries, consent, and racism. We strive to promote and empower those most marginalised by encouraging them to continue their growth in any area they undertake and to take up as much space as possible.
We are based in Newcastle upon Tyne (North East of England).
